Nach Absenden Ihrer Anmeldung erhalten Sie eine automatisch generierte Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Die Rechnung senden wir Ihnen im Anschluss separat zu. Die Rechnung ist zur sofortigen Zahlung fällig.

Für das Präsenzformat benötigen wir mindestens 20 Anmeldungen. Sollte diese Anzahl bis zum 01.11.2024 nicht erreicht worden sein, werden wir die Veranstaltung ausschließlich online durchführen. In diesem Fall haben angemeldete Personen die Möglichkeit, kostenfrei von ihrer Anmeldung zurückzutreten oder aber in den Online-Modus zu wechseln. Die Kostendifferenz wird selbstverständlich erstattet.

Bei einer reinen Online-Durchführung können wir Ihnen nicht anbieten, dennoch ins Institut zu kommen und können ebenfalls keine Stornogebühren für bereits gebuchte Unterkünfte oder An- und Abreisen übernehmen. Auch die praktischen Übungen am Vorabend würden dann leider entfallen.

Bei Nichtwahrnehmung des Teilnahmeplatzes besteht bei Abmeldung bis zum 01. November 2024 ein Anspruch auf Rückzahlung der Gesamtgebühr; bei späterer Abmeldung besteht kein Anspruch auf die Rückzahlung.

Eine Teilnahmebescheinigung sowie eine Zahlungsbestätigung erhalten Sie nach der Veranstaltung persönlich im Institut oder - bei Online-Teilnahme -  per Post.

Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive the invoice separately. The invoice must be paid immediately.

The face-to-face format will only take place if we have at least 20 registrations. If the minimum number of registrations is not reached by 01/11/2024, the event will be held exclusively online. If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so free of charge or switch to online mode. You will of course be refunded the difference in cost.

If the event is held purely online, we will not be able to offer you the opportunity to come to the institute. Furthermore, we will not be able to cover any cancellation fees for accommodation already booked or for travel to and from the institute. The practical exercises scheduled for the evening before will also be cancelled.

You are entitled to a refund of the total fee if you cancel by 1 November 2024. If you cancel later, you will not be entitled to a refund.

You will receive a certificate of attendance and a confirmation of payment after the event in person at the institute or by post, should you participate online.

The course team is currently on summer break, so you will receive the invoice and further information at the beginning of September.
