Test development for the detection of serum antibodies

Employees of the BNITM have developed a patented test procedure with which serum antibodies against different pathogens can be detected with high sensitivity and specificity. This method is currently being further developed in order to detect IgM and IgG antibodies against the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in the serum of patients in a high-throughput manner in the form of a ready-made ELISA test.
